Acceptance

By accessing coreworkhub.click or commissioning work from Coreworkhub Co., Ltd., you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a financial service group, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Services

Coreworkhub provides professional analytics and data visualization engagements for branch networks, including reviews, regional packs, quarterly readouts, and workshops. Scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in a written engagement letter. Website rate pages are informational only.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful provision of data extracts, accuracy of branch identifiers you supply, and internal permissions for sharing information with us. Delays in data intake may shift timelines stated in the engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use deliverables internally across your organization. Coreworkhub retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and prior materials not uniquely created for you. Public reuse of our materials requires written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public business and personal data shared during an engagement and use it only for agreed purposes, subject to applicable Thai law.

Liability

Deliverables support internal discussion and do not constitute legal, regulatory, investment, or binding operational advice. To the extent permitted by law, Coreworkhub’s aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or decisions made solely on the basis of charts without your own verification.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
