How a network engagement unfolds
A fixed sequence keeps branch analytics work predictable for financial service groups in Thailand — whether you commission a full performance review or a regional comparison pack.
- Scope call Confirm branch count, regions, decision questions, and whether the audience is regional managers or a committee. We decline work that needs product licensing rather than a finite brief.
- Data intake Your operations or MI contact receives a checklist for branch master data, volume, cost proxies, and staffing fields. We map identifiers and flag closed or renamed sites early.
- Quality notes Incomplete allocations stay labeled. We do not fill gaps with unlabeled peer averages. Coverage notes travel with the charts into the workshop.
- Chart and brief build Comparison views are built for the agreed measure set. The written brief stays short enough for circulation inside your network team.
- Findings workshop A half-day (or full-day) session turns observations into a short action list with owners and follow-up dates — typically in Bangkok, at your site, or remotely.
- Handover Final charts, brief, and action page are delivered for internal use. Quarterly readouts can refresh the same set later if you choose a retainer.
