Refunds & cancellations

Scope

This policy applies to professional engagements offered by Coreworkhub Co., Ltd. — including Branch Network Performance Reviews, Regional Comparison Packs, Quarterly Network Readouts, and Findings Workshops. It does not cover software licenses, physical goods, or services we do not sell.

Deposits

Engagements typically require a deposit stated in the engagement letter (often 30–50% of the fee) before data intake begins. Deposits reserve analyst time and workshop slots.

Cancellation by the client

  • More than 14 days before the agreed kickoff: deposit refundable minus any documented third-party costs already incurred.
  • Within 14 days of kickoff, or after data intake has started: deposit is non-refundable; remaining fees are adjusted for work not yet performed.
  • After chart build has started: fees for completed stages remain payable; unfinished stages may be cancelled with written notice.

Rescheduling

Workshops and readout calls may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee reflecting facilitator time already blocked.

No-shows

If key client participants do not attend a scheduled workshop without timely notice, the session fee (or the workshop portion of a bundled engagement) is charged as delivered. A replacement session can be booked at the then-current session rate.

Work already started & materials

Analysis hours, chart drafts, and written briefs already produced are non-refundable. Purchased or licensed reference datasets acquired specifically for your engagement, if any, are non-refundable once ordered with your written approval.

Quarterly retainers

Quarterly Network Readouts are billed per quarter in advance. Unused quarters cancelled with at least 21 days’ notice before the quarter start may be refunded; after work for that quarter has begun, that quarter’s fee is non-refundable.

Full or partial refunds

If Coreworkhub cancels an engagement for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work. Partial refunds may apply when only some agreed stages were completed.

Refund process & timing

Email info@coreworkhub.click with your engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval, subject to bank processing times in Thailand.

Exceptions

Statutory rights under Thai law remain unaffected. Force majeure events may delay delivery; refunds in those cases follow the engagement letter and mutual written agreement.
